Greyson's first real word: BALL
I say "first real word" because to be a real word he has to know what he is saying right? Well, Greyson definitely knows when he is pointing to a ball when he says the word "baw". I was hoping it would be "mama" but I'll take "baw". What does this say about him and his future? Do we have a ball player on our hands? We'll just have to see! (As Ben groans and says "how do I handle an athlete son?")

Hi, I hope you and the kids are having a baw with Spring making an appearance there soon. Greyson may well be a jock some day and I'm sure Ben will learn to be a sports analyst when the time comes. David got Easter eggs that looked like footballs, basketballs, soccar balls and baseballs in his Easter basket. I tried an experiment, placed one of each in my hand to see which he would choose, thus predicting his chosen sports career. He picked up the football. I like some things about football - the band at half time, the cheer leaders and getting out on a pretty fall day to watch a game. Still, I was a little disappointed. I was hoping for soccar, somehow seems a little classier to me - the spectators can wear neater clothes!! :-)
