Preschool Trip to Como

Greyson's Preschool class decided to take a trip to Como Zoo and Conservatory this spring.   We LOVE Como, so this in itself was not so much a treat.  However, going with his friends and his FIRST ride on a school bus was a treat to remember!  (Unfortunately, no pic with the bus.... bummer.)

Greyson and I love going to the conservatory in the spring.  It is always so decked out with such beautiful flowers that lift your graven winter spirits!  Greyson even said, "WOW!" as we were entering.

And look HOW PURPLE these hydrangeas are!! unbelievable....

Oh, and I found a new little exhibit featuring tree frogs... love it when that happens.

Don't worry, Como, we won't be strangers this summer. We'll see you again soon.

OK, so have I just been so taken by the flowers that I never noticed the statue, or is that new? Because seriously, THERE???

But so glad you had fun! ;-)

Awww, Tracy! I love that statue! And yes, it has been there since the first time I went more than 7 years ago (or BC). It is funny that you haven't noticed it! It resembles all innocence and grace to me.

HA! I just came back and saw this. Hilarious!

Such a fun memory of that day with you and the littler boy with chubbier little hands. Aw. Love you!
